Who We Are
Garvin County Community Living Center, Inc. is a non-profit corporation committed to serving people with developmental disabilities. GCCLC, Inc. was established in 1982 to provide community-based residential and vocational training services for individuals with developmental disabilities. Our mission is to create an environment of support that will foster and encourage individual independence and self-worth. Our subsidiaries for vocational training are Valley Gifts & Awards, Valley Laser, Valley Market and the Recycling Center.
Cathy Cash has led GCCLC, Inc. since its inception in 1982. She has grown the organization from a very small entity to the large corporation it is today. In 2011, Garvin County Community Living Center, Inc. was named the Pauls Valley Chamber of Commerce’s Corporate Leader of the Year for the work done throughout the community by the residents and vocational trainees. These individuals -- despite their disabilities -- work very hard to make Pauls Valley a better place to live. |
